1. Access to our website
When you visit our landing page, information is automatically transmitted from your browser to our server. This data is technically necessary to display the website correctly and to ensure stability and security.
The following data is processed:
- IP address (anonymized where technically possible)
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the file accessed
- Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
- Browser type, browser version, and operating system
This data is used solely to ensure operation and for error analysis.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website).
2. Cookies and consent management
We use cookies and similar technologies. Some are technically necessary to operate the site. Others – such as analytics or marketing cookies – are only used with your consent.
On your first visit, a consent banner appears where you can make your choice.
3. Necessary technologies
To ensure the site works and displays properly, we use among others:
- Tailwind CSS (served locally)
- Font Awesome (served locally)
- Google Fonts (served locally, no connection to Google servers)
These assets are loaded only from our server, so no personal data is transferred to third parties.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a user-friendly website).
4. Contact form
When you send us inquiries via the contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, subject, message) is stored for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions.
The processing of this data takes place solely on the basis of your explicit and voluntary consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you give by clicking the checkbox and submitting the form.
You can withdraw this consent at any time. A simple email to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.
We store the data you enter in the contact form until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent, or the purpose for data storage ceases to apply (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
5. Analytics tools
Google Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited.
Google Analytics uses cookies that allow us to analyze the use of our website. The data may be transferred to servers in the USA. We use Analytics exclusively with IP anonymization so that your IP address is shortened within the EU/EEA.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).
6. Marketing
Meta Ads (Meta Pixel)
With your consent we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram Ads), provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.
The pixel helps us measure the success of our ads and build audiences for future campaigns. Data may be transferred to the USA. Meta is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).
7. Storage period
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have in particular the following rights:
- Access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Deletion (Art. 17 GDPR)
